This market is held each Saturday from the first weekend in May to the last weekend in September. Vendors selling foods, crafts, houseware, plants, and more can all be found at the market. It opens at 10am and is over at 4pm each week.

The Loyalty Day Parade takes place the day after the Loyalty Day Children's Parade. The parade is over two hours long and there are a great deal of float entries for spectators to admire.

The Slow Drag is a slow paced hot rod competition. Hot rods begin at the Port of Ilwaco on Waterfront Way. In addition to the event, there is live music and an outdoor market for spectators to enjoy.

A weekend-long celebration of custom cars begins with a slow drag race in Ilwaco on Friday night. Saturday and Sunday sees a rod run in Ocean Park, which the Beach Brons club host.

All ages and skill levels can participate in the Baker Bay Kayak and Canoe Race. The circular course is 10 kilometers long and begins and ends at the Port of Ilwaco marina.

Cranberrian Fair

This three day festival occurs each year in October to celebrate the cranberry harvest season. Visitors can enjoy music, artisans, dancing, specialty foods and more. In addition to gaining knowledge about the harvest of cranberries, samples of cranberry juice and dried cranberries can be taste-tested by eager guests.

Tuba Christmas is a free concert put on by the Astoria Tuba Quartet, and is held at the Columbia Pacific Heritage Museum. Seating is available on a first-come first-serve basis.

Black Lake Fishing Derby

This is a fishing derby for children between zero and fourteen. It marks the beginning of the fishing season. There are pancakes, hot dogs, refreshments, and prizes.
